Classes
Our classes are designed to get you up and working on your projects as quickly and as safely as possible. All attendees should wear loose clothing so long sleeves can be rolled up with closed toe shoes. Long hair must be tied back. Safety glasses will be provided if you require them. Minimum age for each class is 18, but we are always willing to work with you. Contact us if your interested in bringing your children. If you need to cancel a class you have registered for, it must be done at least 7 days prior, so please contact us as soon as possible.
Laser Cut Sign
This is a make and take class. This class will introduce you to the fundamentals of using a laser cutter/etcher to design and cut basic shapes. You will be designing and painting a wall hanging sign roughly 12″ x 16″ in size from one of our templates. At the end of this class you take home your sign and be ready to take a more advanced laser class.
Introduction to workwoorking
This is a make and take class. During this class you’ll learn the basics of woodworking to get you up and working on your projects. Equipment used will include safe operation of the planer, jointer, table saw, router and panel sander. You will build either a mantel clock or a keepsake box to take home and finish. After this class you’ll be prepared to take advanced classes or make your own projects
Introduction to CNC Router
This class will teach you the basics of CNC Router design and use. You will learn the basics of proper part design for the CNC Router using Vectric V-Carve Pro software. You will then learn CNC Router setup, bit selection and safe operation. You will cut a sign on the router which you can take home and finish. After this class you will be prepared to get started on you CNC Router projects
Introduction to CNC Laser
This class will teach the basics of CNC Laser Etching and Cutting operation. You will learn the basics of part design for Laser using Vectric V-Carve Pro and RDWorks laser software. You will then learn CNC Laser setup, power and speed settings and safe operation. During this class you will cut a sign which will be etched and cut that you can take home to finish. After this class you will be prepared to take the Advanced CNC Laser class or move on to get started on you CNC Laser projects.

Introduction to Cabinet building
This is a three day course. During this course you’ll learn the basics of cabinet design and construction. The first day will cover box design and construction. Second day will cover face frame design and construction. Third day will cover drawers, doors and hardware. At the completion of this course you will have built your first cabinet to take home and finish.
This is an advanced course and assumes you have successfully taken the Introduction to Woodworking and Introduction to CNC Router classes.
